We play for each other. The individual sees her team as more important than herself or her stats, she is selfless in her pursuits so that they benefit all around her. 

We control that which is ours to control. The individual is noble when things do not go her way, she puts the team before herself, and focuses on how she can become better rather than how she feels she has been slighted.
