Volunteering for LHS Choir / Boosters

Interested in helping out the LHS Choir program and working with our Booster Club? We would love your help with meals before choir concerts, booster club meetings, chaperoning, etc.  Please e-mail Mr. Clow at Christian.Clow@leanderisd.org for more information

LHS Choir Booster Club Meetings

LHS Choir Participation Fee & Payments

The yearly participation fee for LHS Choir is $75 and for Leander Legacy Show Choir is $150. This includes their choir t-shirt, supplies, and meals before concerts. Payment is due in mid-September--see Choir directors for information.

Parents/guardians may pay online to cover their fee payment using either PayPal or Venmo:

• Pay through the LHS Choir Fees PayPal page and type your student's name on the "Add a note" field (must have a PayPal account in order to access)

• Pay through the LHS Choir Fees Venmo page and type your student's name on the "Add a note" field (must have a Venmo account in order to access)

Note: If you are using a credit card through PayPal or Venmo, please add an additional $2.25 ($4.50 for Leander Legacy students paying $150) to cover credit card usage fees. It is recommended that you pay using a linked debit card or bank account on PayPal or Venmo as it does not incur extra fees.

The choir directors and the LHS Choir Boosters are committed to an inclusive program. Lack of funds will not prohibit students from participation in the program. Please let the choir directors know if you need special consideration.

2024 Fall Fundraiser

SNAP! RAISE FUNDRAISER 2024

To continue with the tradition...

We had a successful Snap! Raise Fundraiser last school year and will be continuing with this fundraiser platform for this year. Thanks to our LHS Choir Community, we were able to raise over $20,000 last year. Our goal this year is to raise $30,000. This may be the LHS Choir Booster Club's only fundraiser for the entire year and we need your support! The funds raised from this fundraiser is to keep choir fee costs low and supplement our Choir students' experiences and events throughout the year (food during trips and before performances, end of the year choir banquet, new music and music performing rights purchased not covered by district, any transportation costs and contest fees that may not be covered by LISD, uniform cleaning, etc.)

4. Add profile picture + name

5. Add parent-guardian emails (will send parents an email to help participants enter emails)

6. Pick rewards

7. Preload 20 or more emails

8. Preload as many cell numbers as you can

Spring 2025 Trip

LHS Spring 2025 Trip will be to New York City! How exciting! There is so much to do in so little time! But it can be done in a New York Minute! For more information regarding this trip please visit the LHS Choir Website.

2024 All-State Choir Audition Process

The region auditions are the first step in the All-State Audition process. This is a great opportunity for you to take your singing to the next level. 

We will continue hosting region sectionals to help prepare students for the process every Monday through Thursday 7:45 - 8:05 AM and 3:45 - 4:30 PM in the choir room. 

All auditioning students are encouraged to attend at least one sectional a week.

Deadline to sign up for auditions is September 13th.

Region Auditions are October 19th at Lake Travis High School.

We can use donation of the following items:

• Hand sanitizer

• Tissues

• Water bottles

Students may drop them off in the Choir Room before school.
