LCAT-VAWC Accomplishment Report

Philippines is considered as a country whose government fully meets the Trafficking Victims Protection Act's (TVPA) minimum standards. To maintain our rank as Tier 1,  a separate report, LCAT 2018-01 is being required by the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) in support to our campaign against TIP.

The old form LCAT-VAWC 2016-01  shall now serves as the exclusive monitoring template for LGU's Accomplishments to address VAWC.

Both reports are to be accomplished  and submitted every 22nd of January and July as idnicated in JMC 201-01.

Monitoring of LCAT-VAWC Assessment Report

The Regional and Provincial IMT shall consolidate and submit report on the conduct of LCAT-VAWC functionality assessment using the prescribed forms indicated in the DILG MC 2020-006.

A. Submission of Report by the Provincial IMT

• Report Title (Form) : Provincial Consolidated Report on the Functionality Level of the City/Municipal Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC Form 3)

 MOVs/Supporting Document to be submitted: City/Municipal Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children Functionality Assessment Form (LCAT-VAWC Form 1)

• Scope and Coverage : All Component Cities and Municipalities

• Deadline :  April 15

B. Submission of Report by the Regional IMT

• Report Title (Form) : Regional Consolidated Report on the Functionality Level of the Provincial City/Municipal Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC Form 4)

Regional Summary on the Functionality Level of the Provincial/City/Municipal Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC Form 5)

• Scope and Coverage : All Provinces and HUCs and Consolidated Report of the PIMT

• Deadline :  May 15
