Issuance of Full Disclosure Policy (FDP) Compliance Certificate

The FDP Compliance Certificate is issued to requesting eligible LGUs intending to avail of loan or to access other national program windows, or for any other purposes.

The Certification shall be issued provided that the following requirement are met by the requesting LGU:

• FDP Posting Requirements in at least three (3) conspicuous places for the last two (2) preceding quarters duly signed by the concerned DILG Officer and attested by a CSO Representative.

• FDP Posting Requirements on the FDPP for the last two (2) preceding quarters as validated by BLGS 

Procedure Manual for DILG Personnel

The DILG personnel shall refer to the Quality Procedure QP-DILG-BLGS-RO-04 entitled: “Issuance of Full Disclosure Policy (FDP) Compliance Certificate” which can be accessed via DILG National Quality Management System (https://dims.dilg.gov.ph/) when issuing the above mentioned document.
