Issuance of Certificate of Incumbency of Local Officials

The Certificate of Incumbency is requested by the local officials for application/renewal of fidelity bond or for other legal purposes. 

Procedure Manual for DILG Personnel

The DILG personnel shall refer to the Quality Procedure QP-DILG-BLGS-RO-07 entitled: “Issuance of Certificate of Incumbency of Local Officials” which can be accessed via DILG National Quality Management System (https://dims.dilg.gov.ph/) when issuing the above mentioned document.
