INVENTORY OF VACCINATED POPULATION IN THE BARANGAY
City/Municipal Mayors
Mobilize their Punong Barangays for the monitoring of unvaccinated individuals in their respective Area of Responsibility (AOR) and ensure the directives given unto them.
Coordinate with their respective Sanggunian for the enactment of ordinance providing reasonable restrictions on the movement of unvaccinated persons, in line with the Constitution and other laws.
Ensure supply of vaccines and the smooth operation of vaccination centers.
Coordinate with the local Philippine National Police (PNP) regarding the assistance in monitoring and restraining unvaccinated individuals within the AOR.
Punong Barangays
Cause the preparation of a monthly inventory of vaccinated population in the barangay indicating each status'
Closely monitor the mobility of persons yet to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to advise constituents of the precautionary measures.
Ensure the organization and implementation of barangay level vaccination operations center.
Philippine National Police (PNP)
Shall issue necessary policy to its field offices in the implementation of the DILG MC No. 2022-002.
To include in its policy issuance a mechanism to monitor any violation of human rights among its ranks.

Accomplished Barangay Inventory Form - NLT 10th day of the ensuing month
(Accomplished Barangay Inventory Form to be submitted to DILG City/Municipal Office)
City/Municipal Level
Consolidated City/Municipal Inventory Form - NLT 15th day of the ensuing month
(Consolidated City/Municipality Inventory Form to be submitted by the DILG FOs to DILG Provincial Office)
Provincial Level
Consolidated Provincial Inventory Form - NLT 20th day of the ensuing month
(Consolidated Provincial Inventory Form to be submitted to DILG Regional Office)
