Teaching & Outreach

I have taught HDFS 4330, Diversity and Social Justice. In this class, we examined the intersections of structural oppression, marginalization, privilege, and internalized identities of individuals, family systems, and groups across the lifespan with implications for research, policy, practice, and social justice.

I have also co-taught HDFS 7170, Introduction to Research Statistics for Behavioral Scientists, which aims to foster understanding of basic statistical principles as well as introduce quantitative analysis and data management in R and SPSS.
