Help the Task Force stay focused and prevent unproductive or unrealistic conversations
Ensure recommendations align with the district’s values, vision, and constraints
What key parameters should guide the Joint Task Force in these areas?
Student Experience – What do we want students to feel, access, or achieve?
Community Identity – What values or traditions must the plan honor?
Educational Priorities – What programs or learning approaches are essential?
Facilities + Safety – What matters most for safe, lasting, and effective school buildings?
Financial Responsibility – Guardrails around affordability or tax impact.
We will compile and assess data and write a draft of the experience blueprint for January’s Joint School Board meeting. This will be included in Task Force materials and referenced throughout planning, setting the tone and direction for all community engagement efforts.
