Departure Information
We will meet at the stake center at 8:30 AM to check in youth for the two buses. Please plan to arrive on time so we can get everyone checked in and loaded efficiently. We will have a light breakfast available before loading the buses.
The buses will not wait for individuals who arrive late, so punctuality is very important.
What to Bring
Please make sure your youth brings everything listed on the packing guide (see below). This includes clothing for the week, Sunday dress, personal items, and any other required materials.
A Few Reminders
Label all luggage clearly to avoid mix-ups
Encourage your youth to review clothing guidelines ahead of time
Electronic devices are discouraged, and we cannot guarantee their safety
