Please arrive at the stake center by 8:45am for check-in.
CLEARLY LABEL all your belongings. Our stake has two busses and 100 youth attending - make it easy for your youth to know what bags are theirs.
Any snacks brought on the bus, must be cleaned up before exiting the bus! Please send your youth with treats that won't be messy.
Estimated time of arrival back to the stake center on Saturday is 11:30am. Please plan to pick up your youth promptly after their arrival
