I really love this lexicon, it's incredible! There are many analogues, Arturia has a good Lexicon, but this one from UAD is much better, there is an amazing chorus before the reverb. Another huge plus of the plugin is its unparalleled and very convenient design.

Hi guys, I just bought this plugin and it sounds great. Just curious if the demo presets are available for download? The two Im curious about are,

Universal Audio - Synth Bass - Lexicon 480L - Wet and

Universal Audio - Low Guitar - Lexicon 480L - Wet.

If these are in the artist presets can you point me to the folder? Thankyou.

I had to locate the appropriate Lexicon .dll files within Windows and move them into the appropriate plugin folder under Program Files>Steinberg>VSTPlugins. Upon opening Cubase, I went into plugin manager and performed the scan. All Lexicon reverbs are now available!

Please open Studio One and go to Studio One>Options>Locations>VST Plugins and verify that you have the correct directory added to the list of folders that the program scans at startup. You want to add the directory that you have your plug-ins installed to. If you are working with Studio One 4 Artist, then please take a look at the above kb article for the plug-in that you are having a problem with. Studio One 4 Artist supports the StudioMagic Plug-In Suite, but you may have to change the installation path for the VST to c:\Program Files\VSTPlugins on a 64-bit install or c:\Program Files (x86)\VSTplugins on a 32-bit install.

What's gone wrong with Lexicon's plugin code? And is this going to be fixed in some kind of reasonable time?

It took forever for 1.3.10 to show up after 1.3.9. And to find out it still is problematic is disappointing. And it was bad enough that Lexicon changed the naming structure as it appears to Pro Tools between 1.3.8 and 1.3.9 where we had to rebuild all our templates (and know our older sessions will complain that the plugins aren't installed.) Feels very much like these plugins are ignored or put on the back burner in development over there. Used to love the plugins but slowly migrating away from them at the moment because of all these problems with (what seems) like no end in sight to get working versions again.

Eventually, 1.3.8 won't work on a macOS/new Apple hardware and that'll be it. And that day is coming soon -- really hoped 1.3.10 helped Eventide get its act together.

Chamber will not run at all. Protools stops when I hit the space bar at any buffer settings even with only one Chamber plugin inserted. Each of other plugins seems to run fine when only one is inserted. If I fill all ten insert slots I get a pulsing sound coming out the speakers. ex: Inserting ten Native Hall Reverb plugins on one track creates the pulsing sound. Protools does play without stopping and the CPU usage is around 32% with no spikes. The pulsing sound does not happen when I stack ten reverb plugins from other manufactures.

Weird thing:

If I move those same ten reverb plugins to ten separate tracks(one on each of the ten tracks) there is no pulsing sound and the CPU usage also drops to around 5%. This CPU drop does happen with other plugins as well. I never noticed it until just now.

It looks like plugins for certbot are under testing (I checked the testing branch for epel packages and there, the plugin package have the same release than the certbot package). Normally they have to spend 15 days in the testing branch before being deployed.

However, he informed me of a mechanism that speed up the switch from testing to stable. It is in fact this mechanism that made certbot and lexicon, and some dns plugins, moving fastly to stable, before the other dns plugins.

It is lexicon that you need to downgrade. If downgrading certbot make it happen because of transitive dependency relations, so do it. Otherwise, downgrade lexicon directly. Certbot does not require 3.x for now.

From what I've heard, it seems like Valhalla goes for that classic Lexicon verb sound, but imo it comes up short. Lexicon has their own plugins but I have literally never seen anyone talk about them. Is that because people just defer to modern brands like Fabfilter and Valhalla? Or maybe because their verbs sound vintagey?

There is only one proper/authentic 224 emulation, the UAD one (you can try their subscription if you want to play with it, as the 224 is included), but there are certainly other plugins that can do a similar kind of thing and are modelled on similar principles.

Native Instruments also have 480/224 modelled/inspired reverb plugin too. And LiquidSonics Reverberate 3 comes with Lexicon 480 and 224 reverb impulses with technology that replicates the tail modulation, which are also pretty great.

The UA 224 plugin does have a native UADx version (so no hardware required to run it), and it's available as part of their subscription. Or, *if* you have a UAD card (which it seems you don't), you can buy the UAD2 version of the plugin, which also gets you a license for the native version. Without a card, they you can trial Spark (the subscription plan) if you want to hear what an authentic 224 sounds like, and this also does not need a UAD2 card. This might be helpful to demonstrate what the actual 224 sounds like (and I'm still very tempted by the UA plugin, but that's just GAS talking really, I'm good for reverbs.)

back in 2013 I wrote plugin which provides jLemmaGen lematizer with some prebuilt lexicons as elasticsearch token filter. As it turned out, lexicon license was very restrictive. The plugin was usable only for non-commercial research projects. You can take a look at the original thread [ANN] LemmaGen Analysis for ElasticSearch plugin.

Some time ago I found that source data MULTEXT-East free lexicons 4.0 are distributed under Creative Commons - Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) which I believe means, that we can generate lexicons from this source, publish them with the same license (CC BY-SA 4.0)]( -sa/4.0/) and use them with the plugin.

I also updated plugin to work well with (almost) all elasticsearch 5.x and 6.x versions. But with the beginning of the version 6.0.0 there is need to download particular lexicon from lexicons repository.

I always like the Lexicon Pantheon reverb so have just retrieved it from my Sonar 8 disks (by installing and choosing only that plugin to install). I did this on an old PC so as not to disturb my new PC's CW install. I copied the files over into the Shared Plugins folder on my new PC but when I launch CW Pantheon doesn't show up in DirectX Audio FX. I wonder if I have to chance it and do the limited install on my new PC, or could there be another reason it doesn't appear?

In the ever-evolving world of digital music production, staying up-to-date with the latest and most excellent tools is essential. Lexicon plugins are some of the most popular software tools used by producers and engineers for creating a vast array of effects for their mix.

This article will look at the top 6 Lexicon plugins that have been making waves this past year. From reverb and delay to the spatial enhancement and overdrive distortion, these Lexicon plugins provide a full range of audio effects for any genre of music.

This plugin is compatible with macOS 10.5 or higher (64-bit only) and Windows XP or higher (64-bit and 32-bit). It comes in VST, AU, and AAX plugin formats.

This was achieved by implementing a precise tape saturation algorithm and a delay line operating at a variable sampling rate to mimic the physical properties of delays in older tape machines. The plugin was developed carefully to retain the highest possible signal quality throughout the processing chain.

This plugin is compatible with macOS 10.4 or higher (64-bit only) and Windows XP or higher (64-bit and 32-bit). It comes in VST, AU, and AAX plugin formats.

The top six Lexicon plugins for 2023 have paved the way for a unique set of effects. The Lexicon plugin ecosystem is quite deep, from flanger and chorus effects to reverb and filters. And with advancements in automation, integration, and user interfaces, these plugins make producing high-quality audio much more accessible.

It looks like UA has decided they have completed their line of "bread and butter" plugins and are now going for "boutique" plugins at twice the price. It would be nice to have the whole package, but it doesn't make any financial sense. Have to be pretty choosey.

Ooh. That's sweet. I've been hoping for a Lexicon plugin. Don't know if I need it that bad though. I'd be happy with any good sounding Reverb. That plugin requires me to buy a new UAD-2. So that's a $1000 investment with the plugin right there. e24fc04721
