What kinds of donations do you accept at the Pantry?

We gratefully accept donations of non-perishable foods, canned and dry goods, health care products, school supplies, and coupons.  Please do not put your donations on the shelves; leave them in bags or boxes for us to sort.

Where should I leave my donations?

Donations should be left on the porch of 239 N. 2nd Street.  PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR DONATIONS ON THE SHELVES!  We check all food donations for expiration dates and quality, and practice a first-in first-out system.

What items can you not accept?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept anything that requires refrigeration or freezing, fresh fruit or vegetables, meat, bread, expired or dented cans, clothes, toys, or monetary donations.

What do you do if you receive more donations than you can handle?

When we receive more donations that we need, we donate extras to the Union County Food Hub to be redistributed to other local food banks and community food security efforts. So rest assured that any useable food donated to the Lewisburg Little Free Pantry will get to someone who needs it.

What other local resources exist to help our neighbors?

We've put together a list of other local organizations that both offer resources, and accept donations.
