Welcome to my Homepage

I am currently a Senior Scientist in the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Salzburg. Prior to joining this position, I worked in the Department of Economics and International Finance at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul, in the Department of Human Resource Management, and in the Department of Public Finance at the University of Innsbruck, Austria, as well as in the Department of Human Resource Management at Goethe University Frankfurt. I completed my PhD in Economics at Goethe University Frankfurt. My research interests lie in personnel economics, behavioural and experimental economics, and labour economics.
