I am currently an Assistant Professor in Economics at Turkish-German University in Istanbul and lecturer at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. Before joining the team I worked in the Department of Human Resource Management and in the Department of Public Finance at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. I completed my Ph.D. in Economics at Goethe University Frankfurt. My research interests focus on personnel economics, behavioral and experimental economics, public economics, and educational economics.
