Level Up Education Pathways Consulting helps school districts, career and technical education districts, community colleges, and education organizations build pathways to college certificates, degrees, and careers.

We connect early college opportunities—including dual enrollment, concurrent enrollment, and Credit for Prior Learning—with academic and career goals. Through strategic planning, practical resources, and implementation support, we help partners expand student access and turn promising opportunities into workable programs.

We also help faculty, staff, and program leaders strengthen student learning through assessment, program review, and professional learning.

Pathway Planning

Build clear pathways that connect high school coursework and industry credentials to college certificates and degrees.

We help partners review existing opportunities, identify gaps, align programs of study, and develop strategies for scheduling, student outreach, advising, and affordability.

CPL Implementation

Help students receive college credit for learning demonstrated through industry credentials and other approved experiences.

We support institutions in reviewing CPL processes, coordinating faculty and partner input, clarifying responsibilities, and developing procedures that make approved opportunities easier for students and staff to navigate.

Possible deliverables: Process maps, review procedures, credential tracking tools, communication materials, and staff training.

Professional Learning

Assessment & Program Review

Help faculty, staff, and program leaders use assessment and program review to strengthen student learning and guide program improvements.

We develop assessment plans, facilitate program review conversations, and help teams interpret learning outcomes data and stakeholder feedback. Our support connects findings to practical actions tailored to each organization’s goals.

Possible deliverables: Assessment plans, curriculum maps, rubrics, program review summaries, team workshops, and improvement plans.

Every organization has a different starting point. We begin by understanding your goals, existing partnerships, available resources, and challenges. Together, we define a manageable scope of work and develop recommendations and tools your team can use.

Founded by Megan Karns Garvy, Ed.D., Level Up brings 25 years of experience across K–12, community college, and university settings.

Megan’s work includes dual enrollment leadership, faculty development, assessment, grant administration, and collaboration across institutions. Her recent projects include early college planning resources, research on dual enrollment experiences, and industry credential pathways connecting high school CTE programs to college credit.
