Because Level Scary 2 is a Virtual Reality (VR) multiplayer game hosted on Meta platform systems, the Game processes certain types of data to function:
Account & Profile Information: We access your Meta Horizon platform username, User ID, and avatar configurations to display your player and nameplate in multiplayer rooms.
Voice & Audio Data: The Game features real-time voice chat so you can talk to other players. Your voice data is processed through your headset microphone to transmit audio live. We do not record or store your voice chats on our servers.
Movement & Tracking Data: To animate your avatar’s hands and body using locomotion physics, the software processes real-time tracking data from your headset and controllers. This data is handled locally and is never saved.
Technical Data: We may look at basic technical data like headset type, game performance logs, and crash reports to fix bugs and keep the game running smoothly.
Level Scary 2 is designed for players aged 10 and older, matching Meta's age guidelines.
For players aged 10–12 using Meta Parent-Managed Accounts, data processing is strictly limited to what is required to run the multiplayer game.
We do not knowingly collect, store, or share personal information from children under the age of 13 without platform-level parental consent, in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
JDM/Aden_Studios uses this information only to:
Provide, maintain, and connect the multiplayer gameplay experience.
Enable real-time voice communication between players.
Fix glitches, prevent cheating, and improve game stability.
We do not run separate, permanent account databases for players. However, if you wish to request the removal of any data or logs connected to your Meta platform ID regarding Level Scary 2, you can contact us at any time.
