COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND RULES — LEVEL SCARY

Welcome to Level Scary! Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and exciting VR multiplayer experience for everyone. By downloading, accessing, or playing Level Scary (Legacy) or Level Scary 2, you agree to abide by these Community Guidelines, our Privacy Policies, and Meta’s Terms of Service.
1. AGE, STORE RATINGS & ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

* Store Age Rating & In-App Purchases: Due to Meta's store guidelines and upcoming in-app purchasing features, the game store metadata is rated 13+ (or requires parental management/approval for transactions).
* Core Player Base (10+): The game content itself is designed for players 10 years of age and older, aligning with Meta's general platform account requirements.
* Parental Controls & Purchases: Players aged 10–12 using Meta Parent-Managed Accounts require parental consent or oversight for downloading and making any future in-app purchases within the game.
2. VOICE CHAT & BEHAVIOR

Real-time voice chat is a core part of the multiplayer experience. Please keep interactions respectful and family-friendly:
* Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech: Discrimination, racial slurs, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or targeted harassment will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
* No Bullying or Toxicity: Harassing, intimidating, or repeatedly targeting other players is strictly forbidden.
* No Inappropriate Language/Screaming: Avoid extreme profanity, mic-earrape, loud excessive screaming, or inappropriate sexual topics.
* No Impersonation: Do not pretend to be game developers, moderators, or staff members of Level 0 Studios / JDM / Aden_Studios.
3. FAIR PLAY & CHEATING

We strive to maintain fair leaderboards and enjoyable gameplay for all players.
* No Hacking or Exploiting: Modifying game files, utilizing third-party cheat software (e.g., illegal mod menus in public lobbies), or exploiting game glitches for unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
* Public vs. Private Lobbies: Modding or experimental play is only permitted in private, consenting lobbies (if supported). Using mods to disrupt public lobbies will result in account sanctions.
* No Ban Evasion: Attempting to bypass a PlayFab or Meta ban using alt accounts, VPNs, or ID spoofing will result in a permanent ban across all our titles.
4. PRIVACY & SAFETY (PROTECT YOUR INFO)

* Keep Personal Info Private: Do not share real-life personal details (such as your full name, home address, phone number, school, or social media handles) in voice chat or public rooms.
* Do Not Dox Others: Revealing another player’s private or technical information results in immediate permanent removal from the game and reporting to Meta authorities.
5. ENFORCEMENT & MODERATION

To maintain a safe community, Level 0 Studios | JDM | Aden_Studios reserves the right to issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent PlayFab/Meta ID bans for violations of these rules.
* Reporting Violations: If you witness players violating these rules or cheating, please report them using in-game reporting features or via our official support channels.
