Welcome, Walkers!
This is the first week of the Let's Walk Florida! 2021 Program. Our team is excited and dedictated to push you towards your health goals.
To kick off this week, we will be covering the basics.
Set goals, keep yourself accountable, and LET'S WALK!
The most important step in obtainining a healthier lifestyle is learning to COMMIT. With that being said, set 2-3 personal goals that you would like to achieve in the next 10 weeks.
Then, reach out to someone you know and make them your accountability partner!
