I have COVID Now What? Isolate: Begin isolating as quickly as possible and limit conact with others, including housemates. This will help prevent the virus from spreading to others. Avoid re- breathing viral particles and shring air using open windows, ventilation and HEPA air purifiers. Rest: Consume plenty of fluid, a healthy balanced die, and rest. Seek medical attention id symptoms worsen. Monitor: Monitor your symptoms including temperature, heart rate, oxygen, energy levels, GI symptoms, and other signs of malaise. Before exiting isolation, take a PCR or at least two antigen test on successive days. Exercise precautions for a few more days even with a negative test. Be Careful: After you have recovered, remember that there's still an increased risk for adverse outcomes like heart attacks and strokes, and that reinfections are possible. Recognize COVID symptoms and seek care.
