What is The Let’s Change Confidence Movement?
The problem? The Power Within Report surveyed youth from across Canada. The survey showed clear gaps in youth mental health, including the lack of authentic and diverse media representation, K-12 media literacy education, and community dialogue.
Our solution? Exploring the intersection between global citizenship and self-esteem through a mixed media publication and series of activation events celebrating authentic representation. The publication was disseminated to youth-serving organizations, therapist offices, and schools.

Translating policy recommendations into an actionable, co-created publication featuring youth stories and plain-language tools. Reframing self-esteem for youth, educators, parents, and community leaders.
Facilitating cross-sector consultations with youth and professionals to shape project content, tone, and distribution strategy.
Developing a scalable dissemination plan and series of activation events across digital and print channels, targeting third spaces such as schools, therapist offices, libraries, and retailers.
Campaigning for increased self-esteem education to drive long-term leadership outcomes for youth.
