Holistic health consultations: I take time to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' health and,  together, we create a treatment plan that helps them attain optimal wellbeing. In my practice, I consider the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of health of the whole person, and look beyond the manifested symptoms in order to address underlying imbalances that may be contributing to dis-ease. 

Custom-formulated herbal remedies: Based on the health assessment, I select herbs that most closely match the needs of the client, and create holistic herbal formulations specific to each case. I am very meticulous about using quality-sourced medicinal plants and I make most of the remedies I use in the clinic. 

What to expect 

During your first visit, I will do a comprehensive health assessment to identify you primary concerns and objectives, and explore underlying factors that may be affecting your health. I will ask questions and listen. Together, we will aim to get to the root of your health issues and develop a treatment plan that is both effective and realistic. After your visit, I will formulate a customized herbal remedy suited specifically to your body and your needs. In addition, I may provide other recommendations and references to help you in your journey to better health. In the process of working together, I will help you better understand your body and empower you to take control of your own health. 

Rates

• First consultation, expect 1,5 hours – 120$

• Follow-up visit, 45 minutes to an hour – 80$

• Acute-care consulation, 20-30 minutes  - 40$  

• Formulation & dispensing (for refills only) - 10$

• Herbal tinctures are in addition to consultation fees. A 100ml bottle will typically last 1,5 - 2 months. 

·   50ml – 15$

·   100 ml – 25$

·   250 ml – 50$

• Herbal tea blends, 100g – 15$

• Cough syrup - 10$ per 100 ml

• Bach flower remedies, 30 ml - 10$

• Custom formulated salves and creams, 50ml – 20-25$
