What is a Chapter?
A Lesson 1: STEM chapter is a branch off of our organization that is made up of a group of people who have a shared belief in increasing STEM awareness, involvement, and access. No matter the size, each chapter is crucial to Lesson 1: STEM's mission. A chapter can be a club at a school, a community group, or even just among friends.
Every chapter has responsibilities in trying to uphold our missions. This may mean staying in touch with schools in your area, and are expected to maintain good relationships with partners to bring a large-scale impact for the Lesson 1: STEM mission.
