Target
I am currently the Service and Engagement Team Lead at Target. It has been great experience being a Team Lead and getting to put a lot of the content I've been learning in school to use. I am in charge of 20-20 team members and have had to learn how to efficiently run multiple areas and many moving pieces at once. I have worked for Target since October 2017 and became a Team Lead in December 2022. Although I never planned on moving up or even being with Target for so long, it has taught me so much about being a leader and the lessons I have learned I will take with me throughout my career.
