How do I request a payout?
Go to your dashboard → Click "Payout" (last sidebar section) → Select "Request Payout".
Note: Ensure you’ve added a payment method (bank/PayPal/digital wallet) first.
What payout methods can I use?
Bank Transfer (enter account details)
PayPal (enter email)
Digital Wallets (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay)
How long does payout processing take?
Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
PayPal: 1–2 business days
Digital Wallets: 24–48 hours
Delays may occur on weekends/holidays.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
No, you can request any amount.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Payment providers (e.g., PayPal/banks) may charge 2–3% fees. We deduct no extra fees.
Why was my payout declined?
Incorrect payment details
Pending verification (ID/tax docs)
Requested too soon (wait 1 week between requests)
Suspicious activity
Do I need to submit tax documents?
Only if required by your country’s laws.
Can I change my payout method after requesting?
No. Update your method for future requests in your dashboard.
What if my payout is delayed?
Check if your payout details are correct.
Look for platform notifications.
Contact support with your transaction ID.
How often can I request payouts?
Weekly (once every 7 days).
Will I get a payment confirmation?
Yes. You’ll receive an email, and can track it under "Request management account".
What currency is used?
Payouts are in your local currency. International transfers may have conversion fees.
