• Live OS Diagnostics - System checks done with a Live Operating System running of an external storage device. Without the need to run the target system's own OS/Software. From here the following can be made without any changes to the target system.

• Quick Memory & Storage tests.

• SMART & Drive Health Checks.

• Full memory and storage surface scans.

• Processor & Graphics burn-in stress tests.

• Isolation tests on unstable systems.

• Report/Recommendation: A full system report and/or recommendations will be made available the next day.

• Deductible: If you proceed with repairs, this fee will be deducted from the total repair cost.

• Data Recovery from corrupted file systems, RAW drives, etc. - unit pull-out maybe necessary in some instances.

• Direct to chip BIOS flashing - for bricked systems (50-50 chances depending on circumstances)

NOTICE:

• Laptops with power issues cannot be fixed on-site. Recommend unit pull-out. As always, Jobs like this are considered 50-50 chances. 

• Water/Liquid damaged units have much lower chances. Based on experience, users seem to makes things worse by drying up the unit, then turning it on. This is not ideal and not sufficient. Sometimes it will work but it will eventually break down after a while.

• System Re-installation or Formatting as most people like to call it,  is always the last option for unrecoverable software issues. It is much better to find the cause first than to treat the symptom.

• non-transferable license will bind to your hardware ID, specifically, the motherboard. If this dies, so does the license.

• transferable license will bind to your Microsoft account and can be transferred to another system. Only one system must be active at any given time.

• Office Volume License binds to the operating system. If the OS was re-installed, installing office will consume an activation count.

⚠️ Pre-Order: These systems will require an advance payment for each job order. Once payment is received, assembly will begin the next business day.

🛠️ Pre-Build: These systems are fully assembled, pre-configured and are “Ready To Use” out of the box. Everything will have been installed, from browsers, drivers, utilities, etc.

⏳ Duration: Assembly can take anywhere between 2 to 3 days after which customers will be notified when it is ready to be picked-up and/or delivered.

🛡️ Warranty: Standard 1 year warranty applies to most parts. Cases has no warranty. Accessories carries 3 months

⚠️ Every part comes with a 7 day instant replacement warranty and a 1 year store warranty with 2-4 weeks wait time from the supplier.

⚠️ Warranty void as follows: physical damage, overclocking & mining,  natural calamities, corrosion, etc.

❌ We no longer provide warranty for software issues after 30 days as Windows updates can be unreliable at times.

❌ Warranty is VOID as follows: Physical Damage, Over-Clocking, Crypto Mining, Corrosion, Natural Calamities.

✅ Validation: Every component of the system will undergo hardware and software validation (test, stress test & benchmarks).

⚠️ This will ensure that everything is working as intended and weed out any incompatibilities and hidden faults.

🔩 Hardware: NO GENERIC PARTS. We will use the best possible balance between brand / model / price and availability.

⚠️ Each job can be customized for the customer’s/client’s workload requirements and budget.

💸️ Pricing and availability may change without notice depending on market conditions and system will be adjusted accordingly.

💻 Genuine Software: Each system unit will come bundled with a Licensed (Genuine) copy of Microsoft Windows 10/11 Pro.

⚠️ These are digital perpetual licenses (non-transferable) and are locked onto the original system it was installed to.
