Location Coverage: Marikina area. Some parts of Quezon City, those nearby LRT2 Stations.

Pre-Check / Pre-Visit

• To properly prepare for a call out or on-site visit, please send a detailed list of your system specification as best as you can and a description of the issue you are experiencing or the job you want done, such as upgrades, etc. Or you can fill out the Free Online Consultation Form on the Contact Section.

Pre-Order

• Any hardware upgrades / replacements / new system builds will require an advance payment for each job order.

Fees

• Call Out Fee is Php 550. This is a fixed fee for an on-site visit regardless if repairs continue or not.

• On-Site service fee is Php 1,550.00. This includes the Call Out fee and covers one full day of jobs such as troubleshooting, updates, etc.

• 2nd day visits are charged with an additional Php 550.00. Waived if customers buys software licenses from us.

• Locations farther away from train stations maybe subjected to additional fees.

• Multiple systems and devices are covered with the on-site service fee for the day. This includes, network setup, printers and multiple computers that may need maintenance work.

• However, any system requiring a full system Operating System (Windows) installation or re-installation, they will be charged per unit instead. Example, two (2) computers, one new system that needs a full clean software set and one system requiring a full system re-installation, they will be charged Php 1,550 each.

Hardware Options

• NO GENERIC PARTS. We will use the best possible balance between brand / model / price and availability.

• Each job can be customized for the customer’s/client’s workload requirements and budget.

• Pricing and availability may change without notice depending on availability and market conditions.

Hardware Warranty

• Standard 1 year warranty applies to most parts. Cases have no warranty. Accessories has 1-3 months.

• Every brand new part has a 7 day replacement warranty and a 1 year store warranty w/ 2-4 weeks wait time.

• Sometimes manufacturers offer warranties outside of the store but that would take several weeks or months.

• Warranty void as follows: physical damage, overclocking, mining, natural calamities, corrosion, etc.

Software Warranty

• While the license itself never expires, the installation on your device is not. Factors such as Microsoft updates, file system corruption, or hardware/storage failures may affect the installed copy. In such cases, re-installation may be required. The perpetual license ensures you can always reinstall and continue using the software without buying a new license, but service fees may apply for re-installation or repair work.

User Data

• I will not be responsible for any DATA LOSS (software & files)  incurred during any repair jobs, upgrades, etc.

• I will however try to backup and restore user files as necessary for each job whenever possible.

After-Service Report

• A full after-service report and recommendations will be made available the next day.

• It will be sent via email, messenger, Viber and/or WhatsApp.

DISCLAIMER:

• Laptops with power issues cannot be fixed on-site. Recommend unit pull-out. As always, Jobs like this are considered 50-50 chances. 

• Water/Liquid damaged units have much lower chances of success. Based on experience, users seem to makes things worse by drying up the unit, then turning it on. This is not ideal and not sufficient. Sometimes it will work but it will eventually break down after a while.

• System Re-installation or Formatting as most people like to call it,  is always the last option for unrecoverable software issues. It is much better to find the cause first than to treat the symptom.

• Customers acknowledges that high‑power graphics cards (GPU) with 16-pin connectors (e.g., 12VHPWR / 12V‑2×6) are subject to manufacturer design limitations. I shall not be held liable for any damage such as melting, and/or burning of connectors, cables, or components arising from inherent product defects, improper client handling, or usage outside Manufacturer specifications.

NOTES: 

• perpetual licenses can be used indefinitely and can be used again without the need to buy a new license.

• non-transferable license will bind to your hardware ID, specifically, the motherboard. If this dies, so does the license.

• transferable license will bind to your Microsoft account and can be transferred to another system. Only one system must be active at any given time.

• Office Volume License binds to the operating system. If the OS was re-installed, installing office will consume an activation count.
