Leorick Tech Services respects your privacy. We do not collect or store personal data beyond what is necessary to complete the services required. Any information shared (such as contact details for meet-ups or service requests) is used only for communication and service fulfillment. We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties.
Non‑intrusive diagnostics: Most of the time, I use my own custom Live Operating System software loaded from an external solid state drive via USB to test and diagnose the system without loading the natively installed software in the system. No changes are made to the target system this way.
Respect for privacy: If the system has a PIN or password, I avoid accessing the installed Operating System unless it is completely necessary and if the issue is software‑related.
Permission‑based access: For native software problems, I will request the owner’s consent before accessing and/or making changes.
