Leonardo Ferrero offers a collection of interior and exterior architecture scenes ("Content," "Files," "Scene") for digital artists ("You," "User"). Our scenes are user-friendly, well-organized, and include 3D models made from scratch, high-quality textures, materials, light setups, render settings, and PSD files with post-production adjustment levels. This agreement is between You and Leonardo Ferrero.

Upon purchasing one of our products, you receive a single-seat, one-time fee, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for individuals or a single member of your team.

Our scenes do not have any form of protection. You can use everything you find in the scene to build and enhance your own 3D visualizations or movies. You have access and can use the 3D models, render settings, light setups, materials, and, most importantly, learn from the file by navigating inside the project, observing how the light was created and handled, how materials are developed, and the role that each texture plays within them.

Allowed and Not Allowed Uses:

Allowed:

• Creating animations, imagery (renderings), games, and visualizations.

• No additional licensing fees required.

• Unlimited projects forever.

• Across all media worldwide.

• In all personal and commercial projects.

Not Allowed:

• Use in training courses, tutorials, or video-tutorials.

• Use as a logo, trademark, or service mark.

• Selling any type of merchandise using recognizable images.

• Creating NFTs or royalty-free illustrations/stock images/videos.

• Using for unfair or foul advertising.

• Leasing, reselling, licensing, sublicensing our products.

• Reselling or redistributing (commercially or otherwise) our products to other users outside your license limits in any country.

• Uploading our products on a third-party service and sharing the link on illegal pirate websites.

• Falsely representing or implying that you are the original creator of our products.

Additional License / Special Purposes:

If you want to redistribute or repackage (in whole or in part) the files for products such as 3D models, light setups, materials, scenes, or other contents, or if you want to use the files to create your own tutorial or training course, please contact us for an additional license: ferrero_leonardo@yahoo.com.

Leonardo Ferrero reserves the right to update these terms without notice.
