# Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Lenso AI. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
## License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lenso AI for your own lawful, personal use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard EULA.
## Acceptable use & face search
You are responsible for the images you search. You may only search photos of yourself or images you have the right or consent to use. You must not use Lenso AI — including face search — to identify, surveil, harass, stalk, or otherwise harm any individual, or in any way that violates privacy or applicable law. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.
## Subscriptions
Lenso AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions. The price and billing period are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
## Search results & third-party content
Results come from third-party search engines and the public web. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of matches, and results may be incomplete, incorrect, or objectionable. Use Safe Search in Settings to filter explicit results.
## Disclaimers
Lenso AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that matches are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
## Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
## Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
## Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
