Please, note that the registration will be complete only after the registration payment has been done. You can use the Registration Payment & Accommodation form to book your accommodation at the university residence (depending on availability). Please note the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation policy at the university residence :
No cancellation fee (i.e full reimbursement) if cancelled before July 8th.
No reimbursement if cancelled after July 8th (in summer they are very strict).
When completing the registration and payment, you can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
IMPORTANT: In the first screen you have to select registration twice. 1) select "Registration" and 2) select "type of registration" (early/late)
