1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using LensEPUB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LensEPUB for personal, non-commercial purposes on your own device.

3. Permitted Use You may use LensEPUB to:

• Photograph and digitize printed materials you own

• Create EPUB files for personal reading

• Share EPUB files you have created

4. Prohibited Use You may not use LensEPUB to:

• Digitize or distribute copyrighted materials without permission

• Reverse engineer or modify the application

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code within LensEPUB is the property of LensEPUB and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Premium Membership & Subscriptions LensEPUB offers optional Premium features available via in-app purchase through Google Play.

• Subscription prices are clearly displayed before purchase

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation

• Subscriptions automatically renew and are charged at the start of each billing period, no earlier than 24 hours before the period begins

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period; cancellation takes effect at the end of that period and you will not be charged for the next one

• Refund requests may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase directly through Google Play

• After cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for

To cancel your subscription: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LensEPUB → Cancel.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties LensEPUB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that OCR results will be accurate for all languages, fonts, or image qualities.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
