1. Introduction LensEPUB ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

2. Data We Collect LensEPUB does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All processing happens entirely on your device.

Specifically:

• Photos you take or import are processed locally and never uploaded

• OCR (text recognition) runs on-device using Google ML Kit

• Your EPUB files are stored only on your device

• No account registration is required

3. Camera and Storage Permissions We request camera and storage permissions solely to allow you to capture photos and save EPUB files on your device. These permissions are never used for any other purpose.

4. In-App Purchases If you upgrade to Premium, your purchase is processed by the Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.

5. Premium Membership & Subscriptions LensEPUB offers optional Premium features available via in-app purchase through Google Play.

• Subscription prices are clearly displayed before purchase

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation

• Subscriptions automatically renew and are charged at the start of each billing period, no earlier than 24 hours before the period begins

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period; cancellation takes effect at the end of that period and you will not be charged for the next one

• Refund requests may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase directly through Google Play

• After cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for

To cancel your subscription: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LensEPUB → Cancel.

6. Third-Party Services We use Google ML Kit for on-device text recognition. This library operates fully offline and does not send your photos or text to Google servers. For more information, see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.

7. Children's Privacy LensEPUB does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
