I am a student in the Lenoir-Rhyne University Teacher Education program. As per the School of Education's requirements for continuance, I must have two faculty members complete an Educator Dispositions Assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to obtain an evaluation of the dispositions of Lenoir-Rhyne University teacher candidates at various points in their pre-service training. These dispositions are based on both the conceptual framework of LRU's pre-service program and research-based educational program literature.
