Medium Term Traineeship
The LEND Medium-Term Traineeship is a focused, asynchronous training experience designed for graduate students, professionals, and community members who want targeted exposure in neurodevelopmental and related disabilities without the time commitment of a year-long program. Medium-term trainees engage in select LEND activities such as didactic sessions, clinical or community-based experiences, or an advocacy focused project aligned with their professional goals. The Medium-Term traineeship offers greater flexibility while still emphasizing evidence informed practice, lived expertise, and cross sector collaboration.
