1. Book Your Preferred Pickup Day & Time
Choose the day and time that works best for you (check our weekly availability below). Once deposit is received, your spot is officially secured and you’re on the calendar. Easy.
2. Contactless Pickup
We keep it simple and stress-free. Just place your car seat on your porch at your scheduled time. We’ll swing by, pick it up anytime between 5pm-7pm, and send you a text confirmation so you know it’s safely in our hands.
3. Inspection + Spa Treatment
Once your seat arrives at our “spa,” we start with a full inspection before cleaning begins. If we notice any damage, defects, recalls, or safety concerns, we’ll reach out right away before moving forward. Safety always comes first. Then we get to work giving it the deep, gentle clean it deserves.
4. Ready & Returned Next Morning
The next morning, your freshly cleaned seat is delivered back to your porch — contactless and ready to go. We’ll send a photo confirmation so you know it’s home safe and sound. All you have to do is reinstall and enjoy that fresh-seat feeling.

Service Eligibility Guidelines
Service Eligibility Guidelines
For safety reasons, we will only service car seats that are in safe condition. We will not proceed with service if they are expired, damaged, or defective (e.g. cracked foam), show any signs of mold, have been recalled, or have been involved in a collision.
If we discover any of these issues at the beginning of inspection or at any point in the cleaning process, we will stop services for safety reasons and inform you right away. Depending on how much of the cleaning process has already been completed, a partial refund may be issued.
Our goal is always to keep your little one safe first — and that means making sure every seat we return is structurally sound.
