We get it — life gets messy. Kids get sick or have accidents in their car seats. It happens! When a seat has been affected by diaper blow outs, urine, vomit, blood, or anything similar, we take extra precautions to keep everyone safe from Biohazards — including the other families we serve. Because of the additional time and care involved, a small fee applies. 

*This fee only applies for seats impacted within the past two days. 

Pick-up and delivery is on us if you’re located within 10 miles — no extra charge!

For families a little further out, we offer pick-up and delivery beyond 10 miles with a small travel fee. Don’t worry — that covers both the ride to grab the seat and the ride back to return it, so you get the full service without any surprises.

TIP: If you live further out but find yourself in Chattanooga often, let me know and we can work a schedule out to lessen the travel fee!

For a little extra peace of mind, we offer an optional add-on to have your freshly cleaned seat returned in a ventilated clear plastic bag. It helps shield it from outside elements like allergens, pollen, or curious cats while you’re on your way home or waiting to reinstall it in your car. Just a small touch to keep it fresh, clean, and ready for your little one.

Please remember:

1. If your seat was delivered in a ventilated bag, take it out within 4-8 hours. This helps prevent condensation and keeps the seat fresh.

2. Make sure the seat stays in a dry spot and avoid leaving it in a humid areas.  

3. Give the seat a quick check for any moisture or condensation. If you see any, let it air out before reinstalling in your car.
