Title: Love Company Home Party VILT Facilitator Guide
Audience: New and experienced Love Agents (sales representatives) joining the newly, launched Love Company. Intimate products and sex health education direct sales representatives. Ages 18+
Business Problem: Love Agents (direct sales representatives) are unfamiliar with their role and duties as sales representatives for home party planning, the party process, and how to coach the hostess before the party.
Solution: Streamline the home party process for the direct sales company to improve party procedures and customer experience. Love Agents will have an 80% success rate on their party observation.

Process: I analyzed major components, such as the direct sales process, home party prepping and scheduling, and direct sales representative requirements before constructing the valuable design document. I then developed and refined the ideas into a VILT presentation, and finally developed the facilitator guide to assist and instruct the facilitator on additional training/presentation needs. This training is designed to include Kirkpatrick's level 2 evaluation, during the presentation, and level 3 evaluation after the training during an observation and interview process.

Lessons Learned: I learned how to incorporate facilitator instructions and enjoyed brainstorming ideas for the producer to provide assistance. I would love to implement polls within the Zoom program and a breakout room session when participating in the discussion piece of this training. However, for this particular stakeholder, they wanted this training to understandably meet the capabilities of the facilitator.
