A Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session on Strategies in Personal Development was conducted and facilitated by Mr. Reimar A. Cornejo, Assistant Principal II. The session aimed to help teachers improve their strategies in teaching Personal Development and support students’ overall growth.
Mr. Cornejo began the session by explaining the importance of Personal Development in helping students understand themselves and make better decisions. He emphasized the role of teachers in guiding learners through their personal experiences.
Different teaching strategies were discussed, such as reflective activities, journaling, and group discussions. These approaches help students connect lessons to real-life situations. The facilitator also highlighted the importance of creating a safe and supportive classroom environment.
