Registration will go much smoother and FASTER if each project has the following forms completed:
Participants must have completed the google forms to register for the fair.
The 2-page Compliance Checklist may be printed and filled out by hand.
The Abstract is a Word document that can be completed, saved and printed. Print out about 5 copies. One copy gets emailed to us at lelandscicub@gmail.com. These copies are for judges to pick up at the display board.
Wear your name tag (received at the registration table in front of the Cafeteria).
You are expected to be at your project display during your presentation time.
Leave a note (with a time indication) at your project if you have gone to the restroom.
You may be asked to stay by your project for longer that 5:15 p.m. so that we can complete judging. We will, however, hope to stay on time if everything goes smoothly.
Judges will probably come to speak with you one at a time. Please ask judges to sign your Checklist (in the Registration for Students tab).
There may be long periods when no one is there to judge your project. Bring a good book or homework to read while sitting quietly.
Bring bottled water. You can bring food if you think you will be hungry, but keep your project area tidy. Food will not be sold/available.
Dress for success. You are encouraged to dress as neatly and professionally as you can. Don’t forget to wear your name tag.
DO NOT REMOVE YOUR PROJECT BEFORE 6:15 PM.
