My Role:

I designed, developed, and delivered this New Hire Training Program from idea to implementation. I wrote design documents, sourced assets, and developed all job aids, infographics, explainer videos, and e-learning modules.

Implicit Bias Training Module: Design x Humanity

K-12 educators who self-select for further training in implicit associations

My Role:

I was on an 8-person team of instructional designers, e-learning developers, project managers, and scrum leaders. I performed research, worked on storyboards, assisted with design documentation, attended weekly scrum meetings, and performed quality assurance.
