But soft, what light through yonder window breaks?
It is the East and Juliet is the sun.
Arise, fair sun and kill the envious moon,
Who is already sick and pale with grief
That thou, her maid, art far more fair than she.

Short, about three minutes. Covers a classic from the Andrews Sisters.
"They made him blow a bugle for his Uncle Sam... He blows it eight to the bar!"

O Holy Virgin! Clad in purest white,
Unlock heaven's golden gates and issue forth.
Awake the dawn that sleeps in heaven.
Let light rise from the chambers of the East
And bring the honeyed dew that comes on waking day.
O Radiant Morning, salute the sun!
Roused like a huntsman to the chase
And with thy buskined feet, appear upon our hills.

A short song and dance clip. Magical. Under seven minutes. Both stars had gambled away all of their money in a casino. Then they considered suicide.

Leaving 27 possible prize titles declared for September and beyond. However, I also have nine more titles, on a list for when I start a September Competition page, including one extra copy of I Robot (June), making 36. So, going strong right through to November!
And extra copies of The Adjustment Bureau and Murder on the Orient Express will surely move us into December. Extra copies of the eight Harry Potter titles will probably be listed soon. Let's see if the originals are popular. Three Hobbit movie titles will appear.
I have another title to mention, Eat Pray Love with Julia Roberts. Controversial, in that many critics had it for their lunch. If you like Julia Roberts, which I do, well... I have two copies. One is open and I will watch it again sometime. The other copy is still shrink-wrapped! Erin Brockovich & Notting Hill with Julia will also be available.
Looks like 16 possible titles coming for December. 108 movie prizes planned this year.
Four possible titles will be left for January 2026. And the following four new titles will arrive between now and then:
Mary Poppins Returns with Emily Blunt.
Elysium including Matt Damon and Jodie Foster.
Minority Report & Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation with Tom Cruise.
Needing eight more titles to make 16, I hope to present some of the following movies, including some extras:
Hero, a martial art film with Jet Li.
Mission: Impossible III with Tom Cruise.
The Hundred-foot Journey with Helen Mirren.
The Secret Garden with several children acting.
Iron Man & Iron Man 3 including Robert Downey Junior.
Road to Perdition with Tom Hanks, Paul Newman and Jude Law.
The Imitation Game with Benedict Cumberbatch & Keira Knightly. Some critics say of the film that much of this true life based story was not accurate.
Possible extra copies:
Happy Feet. (April 2025)
Sleepless in Seattle. (July 2025)
Finding Nemo, Collectors Edition. (April 2025)
Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. (April 2025)
Third copies of Mama Mia! & The Devil Wears Prada with Meryl Streep. (May 2025)
For the January 2026 Competition there will be 12 DVD Prizes, as before, taken from upto 22 titles.
