We are excited for Young Women Camp 2025 at Heber Valley Camp!
Registration is simple with the following steps.
➡️ STEP ONE: ONLINE REGISTRATION HERE ---- Closed.
(In order to prepare for this large of a camp we are needing numbers as soon as possible. So please register even if you aren't 100% sure yet.)
🔅2025 Youth Registration --- Is Closed. Please contact directly.
🔅2025 Adult Leader Registration --- - Due Sunday, A.S.A.P.
➡️ STEP TWO: COMPLETE PERMISSION AND MEDICAL FORM ---- Due by May 1st.
🔅Permission and Medical Form - Everyone going to camp will need to fill out, sign and return this form to your Young Women President. If you are unable to print it out, please get one from your Young Women President and return it to her when completed.
➡️ STEP THREE: SUBMIT PAYMENT TO WARD CAMP DIRECTOR ---- Due by May 1st.
Check with your ward Young Women President, as your ward might be doing a fundraiser to cover the cost of camp.
*Remember Camp payments, need to be handled through the ward. NOT ONLINE. All payments must be cash/check to a bishopric member with a tithing slip.
➡️ STEP FOUR: ADULTS COMING TO CAMP - COMPLETE PROTECTING CHILDREN AND YOUTH ---- Due by May 1st.
This training is for anyone called to work with children or youth.
➡️ STEP FIVE: ADULTS - IF DRIVING TO CAMP, PLEASE COMPLETE THE TRANSPORTATION
INFORMATION FORM --- Due by May 1st.
We will be taking buses up to camp. If you are driving to camp or bringing a girl up late you will need to fill out a Transportation Infomation Form and get a Fast Pass to enter the camp.
