Using the Arm

This lesson introduces students to working with single motors by manipulating the robot's arm.  Please note that students should always reset their arms and be careful with the range of movement as over rotating can cause the robot to come apart.  The challenge in this level is similar to one found here which gives students the ability to complete the challenge using a virtual robot by clicking on the "launch activity" option in the link above.

Materials (per pair of students)

• Device with internet access (Bluetooth optional)

• Stack of 2 x 4 Lego Bricks (or other object for students to pick up)

• TACObot (or equivalent)
