Advanced Arm Control
In this lesson, students will learn how to precisely control the position of the Spike Prime robot's arm. The lesson covers techniques such as the shortest path for motor movements and creating custom blocks to lift and lower the arm. These skills will enable students to program their robot to pick up and place objects accurately, enhancing their performance in the FIRST Lego League competition. Let's dive in and explore how to elevate your robot's capabilities! A closure for this activity can be to have students retry the challenge found in the Using the Arm lesson using position control.
