Call for papers
We welcome submissions from on topics broadly related to the evolutionary foundations of economic and social behaviour, evolutionary game theory, and learning in games. Both theoretical and experimental/empirical submissions are encouraged. We aim for a small conference (less than 30 speakers) with no parallel sessions, where meaningful dialogue and exchange of ideas can take place. Depending on submissions, an interactive poster session may be organized.
Submissions
Submissions should take the form of a research paper in pdf format sent to leg2024brisbane@gmail.com no later than February 15, 2024. We may also consider submissions in the form of an extended abstract in case authors are unable to submit a full paper. Authors will be notified of decision by March 5, 2024 at the latest.
Costs/SupportÂ
There are no participation fees. Thanks to generous support from HBES there is financial support available for accommodation for a limited number of early career researchers. Please include a request of assistance and evidence of need with your paper submission if you wish to be considered for this support.
Past Editions
LEG2024 is the sixth event of the LEG annual conference series. The first conference, LEG2018 took place in Lund University in Sweden, LEG2019 at Bar-Ilan University in Israel, LEG2021 was entirely run online, LEG2022 took place in Lucca in Italy and LEG2023 is taking place in Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
