1. Description of Service
Leftovers...again is a food management application that helps you track food items, monitor expiration dates, reduce food waste, and discover recipes. The App is available in three tiers: Free (with advertisements), Base (without banner ads), and Premium (full features including cloud backup and sharing).
2. User Accounts
You may use the App without an account (Free tier) or sign in with Google or Apple (required for Premium features). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Upload malicious content or spam through shared fridges
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features may require a one-time purchase or subscription through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
5. AI-Generated Content
Recipes and suggestions generated by AI (Google Gemini) are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or nutritional value of AI-generated recipes. Always use your own judgment when preparing food, especially regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety.
6. CO2 and Environmental Data
CO2 impact estimates are approximations based on published scientific data (Poore & Nemecek, 2018) and should be considered indicative only. Actual environmental impact may vary based on origin, production methods, transportation, and other factors.
7. Food Safety Disclaimer
The App provides expiration date tracking as a convenience tool. It is NOT a substitute for proper food safety practices. Always inspect food for signs of spoilage regardless of the dates shown in the App. We are not responsible for any illness or harm resulting from the consumption of expired or spoiled food.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Incolor Where Available and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCOLOR WHERE AVAILABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, FOOD SPOILAGE, OR HEALTH ISSUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
