Pflugerville School Board Candidate Responds To False,
Outdated Assault Claims

Lee Wallace will protect schoolchildren, uphold the law

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas -- Totally out of context an ex-Pflugerville City Council member dredged up an outdated story concerning a school board candidate who was tried for assault (see attached screenshot below).

The following statement may be attributed to Wallace:

"Four years ago, a thug assaulted a 14-year-old girl before he came up to me while I was holding the infant belonging to  another woman. I stood in front of him while he was going for the purses of women at an event in Georgetown.

"That thug then misrepresented his attack and my defense of innocent women and children and filed a criminal complaint against me for assault. 

"A jury saw through that nonsense and found me not guilty in minutes.

"Now, years later, partisan hacks are repeating this slander because they cannot defend my opponent's terrible record of endangering our children and defying state law. My opponent, incumbent Kelly Daniel, voted to defy the actions mandated by HB 3 to keep kids in schools safe.
