Kitzer, is a first-person puzzle game that makes the player come to face to face with Mercy, the sister of Death.
You are put on trial by Sister Mercy, testing yourself against several of your fears and memories from your past life as you drift from one world to another.
This project started in January 2026.
I used a mix of third-party assets and self-made assets. The models I created were made using Blender with FireAlpaca and Gimp being used to edit textures. Materials were created and edited within UE5 for the assets.

Inspiration:
This project was born from the devastating loss of my cat KitKat (August 2025).
This loss broke me and left me struggling to focus on other projects I was developing at the time.
After Christmas 2025, I decided it was time to try and put my emotions into a game, to help me get back on my feet.
I took this project as an opportunity to learn new techniques and push my programming ability.
