Helping Organizations Communicate with Clarity
Helping Organizations Communicate with Clarity
Take Up Space
My name is Lee-Ann, though most people call me Lily. I’ve been told the name has a whimsical ring to it, and oddly enough, it tends to put people at ease. In communications, that matters.
I fell in love with communications when I realized how important it is to understand others, but more importantly, how powerful it feels to be understood.
Across corporate, agency, and education spaces, I’ve built my work around translating complexity into clarity. Whether coordinating communications across teams, shaping messaging, or facilitating conversations in real time, I’m most energized by helping people connect to ideas and information in ways that feel meaningful, accessible, and clear.
One proverb I come back to often is: “Until the lion learns to write, the story will always glorify the hunter.”
To me, that’s what thoughtful communication is really about: making space for perspective, helping people feel included in the conversation, and ensuring information is understood from more than one side.
