Position Available at LeeLab:
Our team is looking for enthusiastic scientists and engineers!
LeeLab is part of the College of Science and Engineering at Texas State University. Our work focuses on inorganic electronic materials & semiconductors, with a specialization in wide-bandgap oxide semiconductors. We cover a wide range of topics, including synthesis, growth, device fabrication and testing, as well as materials characterization. Prospective graduate students should apply through the MSEC PhD program, the EE PhD program, or the Physics graduate program at Texas State University, and contact Prof. Lee directly via email (minghlee@txstate.edu). Undergraduate students seeking research experience should reach out to Prof. Lee with a CV and a statement of interest. Interested students should have completed at least one lab-based physics/electrical engineering course.
We currently have a Postdoctoral Scholar position available at LeeLab
Postdoctoral candidates should hold (or soon to obtain) a Ph.D. degree in Science & Engineering or a closely related discipline, and demonstrate potential for outstanding research in electronic materials and devices. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in wide-bandgap semiconductors/devices, thin-film deposition (PVD/CVD/ALD), and/or transmission electron microscopy characterizations. Potential applicants seeking more information are encouraged to contact Prof. Lee via email and include their CV.
We currently have multiple Graduate Student Researcher positions available at LeeLab
Prospective graduate students interested in pursuing graduate research in electronic materials, devices, and wide-bandgap semiconductors are encouraged to apply and contact Prof. Lee with any specific questions. Preference will be given to strong applicants who have relevant experience in nanofabrication and/or electrical/materials characterization. Current graduate students interested in the research opportunity at LeeLab should contact Prof. Lee with their CV via email to set up a meeting.
