Research Interests

• Our primary focus lies in exploring the intersection between chemistry and biology using small molecules. As part of our mission, we are interested in the synthesis of biologically active natural products and their derivatives. These naturally occurring compounds have evolved through interactions with various biological macromolecules, making them valuable targets for our investigations. 

• Inspired by chemical modifications in nature, we are also interested in designing and synthesizing innovative chemical probes. These compounds would serve as useful tools to investigate biological processes and pathways, potentially related to disease-related mechanisms.
